Supporting Art Awareness & Education
Welcome to WALLOW Foundation, promoting art awareness through education and technology.
WALLOW Foundation was formed after the death of renowned Oregon artist, Lynn Powers. She was an award winning watercolor painter, an amazing teacher, and shared her passion for the arts with all whom she met. Lynn used the phrase ‘wallow in color’ when describing her love of painting.
WALLOW Foundation launched WALLOW Gallery in Carlton, Oregon to promote local art awareness and education. WALLOW Gallery offers affordable, regular art classes and ‘paint & play’ events for kids and adults, as well as creative community events. In the future the WALLOW Foundation plans to expand its education programs into local school districts, reintroducing art into schools.
